A Gloucester County car accident involving two vehicles claimed the life of a man after his vehicle was struck by another car. The incident took place at approximately 3:45 on Saturday morning, December 24, 2011, along Route 322.
According to police, a man lost his life when a car crossed the median strip along Route 322 and slammed into his vehicle. The victim has been identified as 41-year-old Nic Huynh. He was on his way from work at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City when the crash occurred.
The other driver was identified as Vincent Paoline of Monroe Township. Rescue crews transported him to Cooper Medical Center where he was treated for injuries sustained in the accident. A second man riding in his car was also treated for injuries.
Police reported smelling alcohol on Mr. Paoline’s breath at the scene of the crash. He was charged with vehicular homicide for his involvement in the accident.
The fatal two-vehicle Gloucester County car accident remains under investigation by local authorities as they try to determine what caused the crash.
