Most towns, counties or cities seem to have at least one intersection that plays host to more accidents and close calls than all the rest.
In Bucks County several intersections have become dubiously recognized among the most dangerous in the United States.
Back in 2017, Time Magazine identified the intersection of Knights Road and Street Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, as the most dangerous intersection in all of America.

Now, another Street Road intersection, Street Road and Bustleton Pike, in Lower Southampton, was ranked the 17th worst intersection in the country as far as congestion and traffic, according to Inrix, a traffic analytics company.
The stretch of Street Road in Bensalem bracketed by I-95 and Route 1, less than four miles in length, carries about 34,000 cars daily and averages over 150 crashes annually. This stretch of roads has seen several fatal crashes.
With our offices located in Bensalem, we have seen first-hand how challenging the traffic on Street Road can be. We implore all of our clients, colleagues and friends to drive alertly and defensively when traveling on this stretch of road.
