Philadelphia Car Accident Leaves Four Women Injured

A Philadelphia car accident involving a single vehicle leaves four women injured after the car they are traveling in slams into a tree and then a wall. The incident took place at approximately 3:45 AM on Saturday, December 10, 2011, in the 4600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.

According to reports, four women were traveling along Roosevelt Blvd. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road. The car slammed into a tree and then into a wall. All four women had to be freed out of the vehicle by local firefighters.

Rescue crews transported three of the women to Einstein Medical Center where they were treated for injuries sustained in the accident. The fourth victim was taken to Aria Hospital-Torresdale.

The victim’s conditions and identities were not immediately made known. However, they are all expected to survive their injuries.

The single-vehicle, early-morning Philadelphia car accident remains under investigation by local authorities. It is unclear as to who was driving and what caused the driver of the car to lose control of the vehicle.
