The tractor trailer operator failed to maintain control of his truck and lost control, tipping over onto its side while traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike.
Our client suffered a multitude of soft-tissue injuries resulting in multiple epidural steroid injections to her neck, back, and left shoulder, which had a torn rotator cuff. Most importantly, the thoracic spine (mid-back) suffered disc herniations due to the severe impact in this crash, as well as a severe traumatic brain injury which was caused by the sudden whiplash-type impact of this crash.
Cordisco & Saile fought for a fair settlement and with litigation, settled the case for $250,000.
