Understanding the Intake Process

Once somebody chooses Cordisco & Saile the intake process starts with generally a message to our firm through our website an email or a phone call to our client care specialist the case within a day gets transferred to what’s called a pre-litigation paralegal. That paralegal will then contact the client, get additional information and start gathering documents for the file. The intake process’, our glowing star Barbara Calderone, what she does and what our intake Specialists do is they’re showing empathy throughout the whole way.

They’re going to be asking you tons of questions: who, what, where, when, why, how, to better understand and evaluate your case. You’re going to be met with individuals who just at the end of the day want to know what’s going on with you and how to help you and that’s what they’re here for.
