$525,000 Recovered for Customer Injured by Store Forklift in Bucks County

A routine shopping trip in Bucks County turned into a life-changing ordeal when a customer was injured by a forklift being operated inside a warehouse-style retail store, in an area where customers were present. 

The store’s forklift operator was operating the equipment at the time of the incident. The defendants admitted he was an employee acting in that role, while contesting liability and damages.
